Interested in Steam or Co-generation? BioMass Energy Concepts (A subsidiary of Advanced Recycling Equipment) will have all the information you need to utilize your biomass waste and turn it into renewable energy.
The Heating Season is Just Around the Corner…………
Our Challenger Combustion Systems have evolved out of years of experience with a design that produces total combustion of all carbon/organic based fuels. The Combustion System addresses the environmental requirements and provides a means to efficiently and completely combust all clean biomass fuel material.
The Challenger Combustion Systems are fully automated and capable of maintaining a temperature within 3-5° of set temperature. Fully adjustable fuel feed and fan speed controls provide proper mix of combustion air to fuel. Variable frequency drives allow the customer to burn fuel ranging from very dry to a moisture content of up to 50 without impacting the performance of the Combustion System.
The Challenger Combustion Unit is designed to combust biomass fuel materials (sawdust, sander dust, chips, etc.) to produce clean hot gases for hot air, hot water, steam, co-generation etc. The thermal energy from the combustion system can be used for make-up air, paint booths, kilns, heating the plant or to produce power. Through effective co-generation in excess of 80 of the Thermal Energy from the biomass produced in a typical business can be recovered.
