CH200-4045-S “Horizontal Style” grinder with a Vibrating Infeed Conveyor  and an Air Take-Away System

This lumber company has the Challenger CH200-4045-S Horizontal Style Grinder to reduce their hardwood blocks and strips to a manageable size for animal bedding.  All of the scrap is coming off of conveyors and falling directly onto the infeed conveyor.  After the material is ground, it is blown through a dust collection system and sold for animal bedding.
