Our first line models, the CH100 and CH200, are built to handle small blocks, end cuts, edgings, and small slabs with ease.  Our second line models, the CH300 and CH400 are designed to handle all of the above, and specialize in reducing pallets.  Our third line model is the CH500 and CH600 are designed to handle all of the above , and it’s specifically designed for large full sheets of veneer, plywood, flooring, particle board, etc.  All models are adaptable to the customers choice of either belt feed , vibrating or balanced shaker feed inputs. 

All our horizontal models are equipped with the highly advanced FIXCUT® cutting system.  This cutting system has been engineered to cut through your most difficult waste material.  The CHALLENGER FIXCUT® system is the most productive cutting system on the market and is available in both large and small configurations to best fit the customer’s needs.
