APPLICATION:

This truss manufacturer grinds approximately 30 yards of truss cut-off waste per month into Landscaping Mulch and Animal Bedding with its CHALLENGER® CG300-2030-S "Hopper" Grinder.

The waste is dumped into the Grinder through a front-end loader. Once processed, it leaves the grinder on a 30' Belt Takeaway Conveyor and is taken to a trailer.

For Landscaping Mulch, the customer uses 1-1/4" Screens; and, for Animal Bedding, the customer switches to 5/8" Screens.
